What kind of products can I order from the store?
You can choose from a variety of customizable prints, digital downloads, wall art and seasonal cards.
Will the prints have a watermark?
Watermarks do not appear on final products. They're only visible in the previews on the website.
How do I add a product to my cart?
From any of the galleries, click the "bag" icon at the bottom right when you hover over a photo. You'll be able to choose which kind of product, size and finish and add it to the cart from there.
What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept all CC payments through PayPal or Stripe. You can pay with your PayPal balance and/or add various credit cards.
What shipping options do you offer?
The print shop shipping options are UPS, USPS and FedEx.
I can't find my cart, what happened?
If you can't find your cart, it might be due to two things:
1. It was a guest cart. Carts are only saved when you sign in.
2. Each gallery has its own cart and checkout. If you've signed in, you can find your cart in one of the other galleries.
